List 5 things that you don't like, 5 don'ts and 5 do's that refer to you. After doing so in your lj (or blog) tag another 5 people you want.
5 Things I Don't Like:
- Bitter days when it's too cold to even snow.
- Death and being afraid of it.
- Worrying too much over anything. Even if it's insignificant, I'll be thinking about it for awhile.
- People who get very upset and tailgate me when I drive the speed limit.
- My allergies and asthma, which prevents me from doing things or going places I want to.
5 Don'ts:
- Touch my artwork without permission...make that touch ANYONE'S artwork without permission. My mom touched a beautiful fabric piece that one of my teachers made that was hanging in one of the school offices, and she didn't understand why I was upset over her doing that. Touching artwork once won't damage it much, but thousands of grubby fingers poking it will.
- Make everything one huge competition against everyone. Being a little competitive in some things is fun for everyone, but unless you're going for an Olympic medal, chill out!
- Tell me that I'm wrong in what I believe, or think that your beliefs are superior.
- Believe that you're way better than anyone else in the world.
- Mock my hobbies or anything I make. Sure, I'll mock my own stuff, too, but sometimes it just hurts when anyone makes a mean comment about what I do or like.
5 Do's:
- Complement my artwork. Nothing gives me a reason to continue my work more than to hear that someone likes it.
- Relax, and stop being serious. Sure, I'll be serious at times, too, but if you take everything too seriously you'll have no fun at all.
- Let me help you with something. If I'm around you, and you're doing work of some kind, I'll offer to help because I'll feel bad just standing there. Allow me to do something.
- Make the best of any situation. When it rained on my class trip, instead of calling it the worst-day-ever like most people did, I just shrugged it off, pulled up the hood of my sweatshirt, and had a great time anyways.
- Listen to me when I start to stress over anything, because sometimes I just need to talk about it to someone before I would be able to get it off my mind. Even if it's something stupid, you don't have to say anything or give me advice. Just let me talk it out.
